6. No Fees or Commissions

We do not charge fees or commissions for our cash offer evaluation services. If we purchase your property, we typically cover closing costs as stated in our purchase agreement. However, you remain responsible for any existing liens, mortgages, or obligations on the property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
